- Pay your 50% deposit
- Send out invites to guests
- Meet with our wonderful celebrant Liz
- Select the colour of flowers and similar bouquets and send this through to Leticia
- Meet with our caterer, Rhonda from Munch Me, and select your menu
- The bride to start looking at hair and makeup ideas for her big day
- Communicate with our photographer and make a photo list
- Create a playlist for your ceremony and reception
- Think about if you wish to have any addons
- The Bride arrives at Simpatico Hair Studio for hair and makeup
- Leticia will greet you at Simpatico Hair Studio where you will collect your bridal bouquet and buttonhole
- Go and get dressed for the occasion
- All the guests to arrive at the venue 20 minutes before the event
- You will be met by Leticia, Liz and Jess at your venue
- Celebrant will announce your arrival and time to begin
- Ceremony, signing of your marriage licence
- Photos
- Reception – picnic basket, canapes or sit-down dinner, depending on your chosen package and celebration bubbles, cake or cupcakes
- Dance, laugh, socialize and have fun
- Party moves on to the next venue selected by you for the dance party
- Wishing you both all the best for the future
On your wedding day:
After your honeymoon:
- Your USB stick with your edited photos will be ready to be picked up one month after your event
- Our celebrant will have completed the legalities of your marriage licence.
- May the two of you be together forever
Additional add-ons are available
- A bridesmaid for $160 for hair and makeup
- Engagement Photoshoot for $170 per hour
- Additional guests for a small fee per head
- Additional flowers for table settings to be discussed with the florist
- Additional time on the Cherished package for $200 per hour
- Hiring the tram if your venue is held at Ferrymead Heritage Park $200
- Please note, some venues will also charge extra for extensions.
